Recipe: Cranberry-Orange White Chocolate Cookies

Julienne Cranberry-Orange Cooking & Baking Cranberries are sweetened, dried cranberries infused with orange peel oil for a burst of delicious citrus flavor. Here’s a delicious recipe to try that features these sweet-tart gems.


INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1 large egg, at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup – 1 6.5 ounce package Paradise Meadow®
Julienne Cranberry-Orange Cooking & Baking Cranberries
1/2 cup (3 ounces) white chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside. Blend flour, salt and baking soda
together and set aside.

Cream the butter with an electric mixer. Add the sugars and beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg, and beat well. Slowly add the flour to the sugar mixture and blend.

Stir in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.

Drop rounded teaspoons of cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets. Leave space between each cookie as they will spread while baking. Bake for 8-10 minutes and cool before removing from cookie sheets.

Makes 2 dozen cookies.
