Meet Sheri Sibley, president and owner of Vantage Point Realty Advisors in Duxbury 

How long have you been working in the real estate industry?

I have been in this business for over 30 years now. I fell into the business and then fell in love with the job—so much so that I decided to get my degree in Real Estate Finance/Business.

What services does Vantage Point offer and specialize in?

Each of our advisors are specialists in their market areas. Each agent has a specialty or a particular market area that they focus on, which makes them a local expert. Among our 34 advisors, for example, we have a team that only sells properties in The Pinehills, an advisor who specializes in veteran services and a certified senior specialist (an advisor who assists the 55-and-older community). 

What sets Vantage Point apart from the competition?

Our culture. Internally, we collaborate as a team and that culture extends to the client. Our philosophy is to advise each client on their individual, unique values. In this way we are able to maximize the potential for the sale of their property. We’re not tied down by corporate musings. We also provide staging services unlike other agencies. It’s part of our package to our clients.

What advice do you have for people looking to buy or sell a home?

The people. Every single one of us has developed personal friendships through selling homes to families who, like us, have a love and passion for our beautiful communities.
