Painting by Susan Fusco-Fazio
Susan Fusco-Fazio painted this waterfront view of Boston Light standing on the shoreline in Hull. An art educator known for her vibrant plein air paintings, her body of art includes coastal scenes of the South Shore in varying weather conditions, seasons and times of day. She typically paints for about six hours at a time, with the goal of finishing her work in one sitting. She often paints the same scene from different angles in order to capture how the landscape looks in different lights. Her work has been featured in exhibits throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut.
