Silver Age Yoga, sometimes referred to as “Chair Yoga,” provides the benefits of a traditional yoga class; light stretching, muscle strengthening poses, and guided meditation, from the comfort and safety of a chair. No yoga experience is necessary for this class. Practitioners are offered the option of a few standing postures toward the end of class, still using the chair for support. All levels of fitness and flexibility encouraged to join.
All classes will be held at the Adams Center, 33 Summer Street.
