October 2018 Autumn Italian | Adult Workshop

Knowing how to make your own dough, to cook pasta to achieve that perfect al dente bite, and which pasta best holds its ingredients are some of the many fascinating concepts in Italian cooking. Do you know your bucatini from your spaghetti, your farfalle from your fusilli?  If not, then why not spend some time making fresh pasta and learning about some of the more than 300 different pasta shapes? We’ll also show you how to best use them in dishes that change to match the season.  BYO welcome!
