
The colonial era fields of World’s End come back to life every spring and this Mother’s Day the Trustees invite you to take a closer look at the wildflowers of the fields and the wild life that call them home. The Mother’s Day Wildflower Walk is a leisurely, guided walk along the cart paths of World’s End, and along the way, stopping to identify and discuss wildflower species and also discuss the historical significance of the fields and read portions of a journal kept by Caroline Brewer, an influential woman in the history of Worlds End who grew up on the property in the 1800s when it was still a gentleman’s farm estate. $10/$5 members/free for children.
