On December 31, 2017, Mirbeau Inn & Spa at The Pinehills will ring in the New Year with a three-course dinner hosted in the beautiful Henri-Marie. Chef Jeremy Martin’s holiday menu will boast seasonal favorites, paired with a selection of wines by Sommelier, Errol Joseph.
