Hear a presentation titled “Looking Forward, Looking Back: Traditional Crafts and Contemporary Makers.” The discussion will be moderated by Maggie Holtzberg, manager of the folk arts and heritage program for the Massachusetts Cultural Council and author of “Keepers of Tradition, Art and Folk Heritage in Massachusetts.” Panelists include Beth McLaughlin, chief curator at Fuller Craft Museum, 17th-century joiner Peter Follansbee, Amelia Poole, textile artisan and owner of Ecouture Textile Studio, and red ware potter Stephen Earp. $7 members/$15 nonmembers. Reception: 2-5 p.m. Panel discussion: 3 p.m.
