Colonial Adventures for Kids at Alden House

Explore life long ago through the games, chores and fun of Colonial Days during a half day vacation camp on Tuesday, April 17, from 10 am to 2 pm  at the Alden House Historic Site.

Kids 8-13 are invited to travel back in time through hands-on adventures  in spinning, writing, cooking, archaeology, candle-making, games and more, led by museum educators.

Alden House Historic Site is part of the original land grant given to Mayflower Pilgrims John and Priscilla Mullins Alden in 1627 and home to generations of Aldens.  Designated a National Historic Landmark and owned by the Alden Kindred of America, Inc. it is located at 105 Alden Street in Duxbury,
