On July 6th, 2017, 110 Grill Braintree, the newest installment to the 110 Grill group of restaurants, will open its doors to the public, unveiling an upscale-casual atmosphere complete with a large outdoor patio and providing guests with their take on comforting classics. With their modern American cuisine and trendy restaurant feel, the 110 team sees Braintree’s community as the perfect fit, and looks forward to serving long-time and incoming residents for years to come. Located at 170 Forbes Road in Braintree, MA, the 5,812 square-foot, 180 seat restaurant offers modern American cuisine with unparalleled gluten-free and dietary restricted menus.
To kick off its Grand Opening, 110 Grill Braintree will celebrate with the first 110 minutes in service offering one dinner menu item per guest (including entrees, appetizers, sandwiches, salads) for $1.10! The $1.10 special is available on Thursday, July 6th, 2017 from 4:00PM to 5:50PM only, or while supplies last; reservations are required.* As an additional contribution to the Braintree community, 110 Grill will be accepting monetary donations and donations of non-perishable food items to the Braintree Community Food Pantry throughout the evening.

At the helm of the cuisine is Director of Culinary, Elliot Williams, bringing his global culinary influence to the menu with seasonally-inspired dishes that are proficient in allergy awareness, offering the entire menu 100% gluten-free. Starters will include Cajun Yellowfin Tuna served rare with Asian slaw, sweet teriyaki and a sriracha aioli drizzle, BBQ Chicken Nachos, with corn tortilla chips, pulled chicken, barbeque sauce and cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, black beans, corn and banana peppers, and Mediterranean Mussels, sautéed with artichokes, roasted tomatoes, olives, capers and white wine, finished with lemon and garlic butter. For entrées, guests can choose from a variety of composed dishes including Summer Seasonal Salad, with arugula, fresh strawberries, candied walnuts and Vermont goat cheese in a strawberry champagne vinaigrette, Farm-Raised Atlantic Salmon prepared grilled or Cajun style and Chicken Caprese Parmesan with pesto, Reggiano cheese, mozzarella and roasted tomatoes, finished with a balsamic reduction. Impressive steak cuts include 110’s Bourbon-Marinated Steak Tips that are served with a whiskey glaze. The bar features a variety of craft beer offerings both on draft and by the bottle, an approachable wine list and handcrafted seasonal cocktails.
